I lived here for a full year and I wanted to share my experience for others! I recently moved back home where I can be with family but before that I was renting The Bourne style unit at Atlantic. At some point during my stay, the office staff changed and when they did it was only up from there. They were so fantastic! Imagine feeling like the people working on the property actually care about you and strive relentlessly to ensure your renting experience is exactly as it should be and better. Jennifer and the rest of the crew gave maximum effort day in and day out for their residents. Every issue, no matter how big or small, that they were presented with was responded to with compassion and solutions. Whatever they're being paid- it should be raised! Seriously! The property itself is also nice. I adored my unit. If you're thinking about giving Atlantic a go, do it! You're going to love it there :)

I relocated to the Charleston area 5/22. I found Atlantic on the Avenuein passing. I was met by friendly office personnelthat impressed to the point I applied after the interview. After approval, they found out I work for a hospital in the area and let me know I qualified for discounts and thay was greatly appreciated. Since then I drop by the office just to say hello. It's like a family and it brings joy to people like me that don't get out much!!

Update: Almost 3 years living here and I have to say, this apartment complex has improved so much! Our manager Jen alongside Skip and Kai have worked wonders. They've gone above and beyond to make this place feel like a home as they stay on top of everything. Truly, it has become a very welcoming community. Her enthusiasm and experience were exceptional and the tour was great. She answered all my questions and treated me to some snacks and refreshments. This community is new and in a great location. The apartments are nice but extremely overpriced for a single mom as I am. Apartment hunting as a single parent has been extremely difficult considering my budget! I must say I am VERY satisfied with the upkeep and overall appearance, security practices of your community, accessibility to schools, parks, public transportation, and local entertainment, all staff that I encountered with was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! Great location, gated parking, gym and pool. The office staff have been very accommodating. I know my son and I would be very happy to be here and I would recommend to friends and family! I'm very disappointed with my decision to not move here but know what they say ... ya get what ya pay for. So I’ll be striving for a better paying job to make this happen! However, Mandy and the ladies in the office were the best part of this experience. Greatly GREATLY disappointed I can’t make this move right now but I do see this in my future. Thanks Atlantic on the Avenue Apartment for providing caring employees!

This is a great place for Trident Technical College students to live. It is walking distance to campus and in the heart of my college town. The employees are very helpful and very nice. I found the staff here to be knowledgable about their offerings and the community. Helpful, not pushy. Kind and considerate. (In a world that lacks customer service, theirs was refreshing.) This property gives a warm, downhome, neighborhood feel. The grounds are immaculately manicured and well-kept. There is a beautiful pool area! This property has friendly groundskeepers and helpful office staff. The staff of this apartment complex not only are professional, but they also go ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure that you are treated fairly and feel at home. Atlantic On The Avenue doesn't just look like a full-fledged neighborhood, but I can truly say it's beautiful, the complex is pet friendly and it’s well maintained, the amenities are neat and the community feels like home! It's also very close to my work and shopping centers! The best of all is that the staff is amazing and very friendly. Thanks Mandy for being so helpful and for the great customer service!

Nothing but great experiences here at Atlantic on Avenue Apartments! If you are looking at apartments in the area this place is hard to beat!! The staff is amazing! Tyson - the assistant community manager has helped me numerous times and today was no exception. She helped me by scanning something so I could get an email out, while I was working in the business center. Also there is a super helpful on-site maintenance team. I needed a quick battery replacement for a fire detector and they responded within 2 hours of my request. Definitely so far, so great!! :)

We have lived here for 4 months now and it's been great. The staff members are very friendly and maintenance was here to replace some light bulbs very quickly. My favorite part is the spacious master bathroom and walk-in closet. The appliances are all new and there are a TON of cabinets/ drawers/ counter space. The balconies are nice and we love the door to door trash pickup and that water is included in rent. Being on Rivers Ave, it is in a convenient place and is also quiet. A very beautiful and clean complex!

The staff is courteous, they made moving in and out easy and very quick. They are efficient at communicating whether by email or phone. The monthly events were great and brought people out every time. Parking isn't too bad, I worked very late hours and therefore would need to park like 100 feet away but isn't an issue.
