I only have great things to say about this place! I was very well taken care of by Alex, he helped me a lot and made everything happen quickly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Just moved in here at Atlantic on the Avenue and all the staff and neighbors have been extremely helpful and welcoming. It’s managed well and the grounds are well taken care of. I had an issue with the ceiling fan in the master and maintenance fixed it the very next day. Shout out to Boomer, the maintenance tech, he was prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend the Atlantic in the Avenue to anyone.

I’ve been living here for the past 5 months and have had no complaints. Thanks the Alex Maximov and Ally, and everything that has come up has been taken care with no issues at all! They are both super kind and easy to talk to.

I had a great experience with my process of applying and getting approved with the help of Alex Maximov as my Leasing Agent. He was super helpful with accommodating for my move out of military dorms into my new apartment!

I’ve had a great experience here. The neighbors are very welcoming and the experience all together is an all time high. The leasing consultant Alex Maximov has been a tremendous help with things that I have needed handled asap as well as helping others around.
