I’m a single mother of 2 children and this place makes me fell save. The application process was super easy and my apartment was very clean and maintained. I had one single problem with dishwasher and was resolved very quickly right after I move in. Maintenance guys are super nice and helpful. Shoutout to Ale and Alex on front office for always try to do their best and really pay attention on any concerns and issues you are amazing!!! Thankyou for all the help and support you guys have provided!!! Highly recommend this community!!

Very quick and helpful
Alex Maximov helped me and my roommate during the entire move in process. He helped us to the best of his ability and was very professional. He made the whole process very quick and painless. Whenever I had a question, he would do everything he could to make sure it was answered fully, and within a timely manner. Since then, he has helped with any problems that arise. Overall, a very helpful and great experience.

I’ve been living at Atlantic on the Ave for a while now, and I have to say, Ally, the property manager, is absolutely amazing! She genuinely cares about the residents and it shows in everything she does. She’s always friendly, approachable, and quick to address any concerns. It’s clear she enjoys her job and takes pride in running the property. She’s made living here a fantastic experience, and honestly, she definitely deserves a raise for all her hard work and dedication. I love how she manages everything so efficiently and with such a positive attitude. Highly recommend!
